We've helped deploy a new film scheduling system for the Berkshire International Film Festival this year (http://www.biffma.com) and it is really cool. Built by the guys at SLATED it's called Festival Gemius and it lets you build your own schedule for the festival, share the films, etc… I just tried it out and now I know what I am seeing and when! It sorts out overlaps and conflicts in the schedule for you and saves the whole thing – there's an iphone app as well which is currently being programmed. Totally great. Check it out.
